Incredible culture. Promotes work/life balance. Supportive. Kind. Expects excellence from employees and gives it right back. Great benefits.

Cons

Growth for remote employees is tough but NOT impossible by any means. My advice - go into the office.

This company is relatively new in terms of insurance but are growing. Management treats you like an adult. They trust you to do the job they hired you to do and there is unlimited PTO. I haven’t ran into an issue where if I want/need off I cannot have it. There’s movement if you’re good at your job. Travel too, which is nice.

Cons

I have none. Other companies need to take a page from Pure. Great benefits. I love it here
