- I use my brain to think at all times during the day which allows me to problem solve and think on my feet, no request is the same as another - Small team so we are all very close with one another - I feel like I am actually making a difference in our membership by being in this role - I have the best manager who is very involved and supportive of my growth at the company

PURE is a company that is different than anywhere I have ever worked. The care and compassion I see on a daily basis from nearly everyone at this organization makes me proud to work here. This is a great company for someone to start their career in insurance with plenty of options for advancement. It's also a wonderful place to continue to grow your career if you come here with prior experience. I am thrilled that I made the choice to join PURE and I look forward to many more years of success.

Cons

PURE has high standards and seems to push people to be their best selves and do their best work. Sometimes that can feel uncomfortable to be pushed out of your comfort zone, but it's rarely something people regret.
