Great benefits, decent salary, good perks.

Cons

Basically prepare to come back to high school. You'll have to be on the phone taking regular calls for half of your day and they will expect you to stay late so you can catch up with your claims. A lot a micromanaging and people quitting left and right every month. Save yourself a headache.

Work can be very tedious, values speed over quality, members can be especially impatient and snobbish
