Great benefits, decent salary, good perks.

Cons

Basically prepare to come back to high school. You'll have to be on the phone taking regular calls for half of your day and they will expect you to stay late so you can catch up with your claims. A lot a micromanaging and people quitting left and right every month. Save yourself a headache.

- The benefits are fairly decent compare to similar positions in other companies.

Cons

- Pay is too low - MAs are over worked and underpaid. This trend is similar in underwriting as well. - Expect not to meet astronomical expectations and actually get your own work done. Its one or the other, and management won't choose your work. - Netting only about $39.5k a year is eventually going to sting when you have to advocate for wealthy members day in and day out.
