Best work culture in the insurance industry. Essentially the Microsoft of Hight Net Worth Insurance. The type of company you spend your entire career at.

Cons

Pay is commensurate to experience. However, in comparison to some of our biggest competitors, identical roles pay at least slightly less on average.
