Amazing people, great company. Wonderful entry level job into the insurance business. Always looking out for their employees, good office environment and ability to work from home. Pay for your continuing education, as in getting insurance licenses.

Cons

Pay can be on the lower end of the industry. Somewhat stagnate in opportunities to grow.

Pure team members nationwide are smart, friendly and consistently dedicated to and motivated by the firm's mission. C-suite/exec leadership team is excellent. There is frequent, strong communication with the entire company and strong focus on elevating young, hardworking and innovative employees. A HNW insurance company that is sincerely committed to its principles and social justice.

Cons

No firm is ever perfect, but nothing negative to say about Pure.

Working for PURE puts a smile on my face everyday. The people here truly care about you as a human being and I feel proud to be a part of this company everyday. We have flexible PTO and a great company culture.
