I have been with the company for about 9 months, and I can honestly say it’s the company I've worked for. Work/ Life balance has never been better; it is strange to find a company that you truly believe does not solely see you simply as an employee, but as a person. PURE also offers great benefits such as tuition reimbursement, great medical and retirement plans. The company also provides the opportunity to grow specially due to how fast we are growing, and because of its youth and the strong sense of culture change its actually tangible, if I believe something lead to better results by applying a different technique I'm not afraid to express my opinion, on the contrary I am encouraged to speak up. I believe I made the best decision by joining PURE and I can see myself not regretting it on the near or distant future.

I don't even know where to start. From day one I have been blown away by the opportunities and experiences that have presented themselves. The people I work with make coming into work every day a blast. I consider most of them very close friends and they truly do make work enjoyable. The people I work for are just as incredible. The integrity and character exhibited by these leaders is rare and to be treasured. I know how fortunate I am to have the bosses that I do. They support me, encourage me and truly care about my success and my happiness. Ross and his team are incredible. The talent and business genius that they bring to the table is unbelievable. I can honestly that I am incredibly proud to work for this company and plan on staying here for a very, very long time.
