Pros
I have been in the insurance industry (Claims, Management, Compliance, Analyst, Risk Management) for over 30 years, with PURE for approximately 5 years. PURE is a fantastic company to work for - the culture is very professional & communicative; they reward excellent performance; the benefits are great; opportunity for advancement is there and encouraged. I highly recommend PURE as an employer.
Cons
Depending on what area of the country you are in, there may be more limited options for advancement, as there are only 2 main offices - Scottsdale and White Plains, NY. However, as things have become much more virtual over the past year, that may be changing.
