      Pros

      The benefits are very good and include medical, 401K, vacation, holiday pay and store discounts.

      Cons

      The pay is sub par as compared to other companies in apparel. Expectations are very high for such low compensation. Management doesn't have the employees best interest in mind and is more worried about their numbers and how they look to senior management. Favoritism is a problem and many good employees get overlooked because of it.

      Pros

      lots of holidays, half day Fridays during the summer, usually try to help you maintain a healthy work and life balance (although sometimes this can be a struggle). Company is environmentally conscious and also supports employees volunteering to help the local community

      Cons

      sometimes difficult to maintain the work and life balance depending on your position, people tend to work in silos, information is not always shared as it should be, managers and higher ups often have conversations up top and don't share with those who have to do the work, blurred lines of job roles in some cases
