If you are women dont go, Work wise okay but they will target new hrs because new one dont hv idea how workload will be, wo they'll assign new hrs to problematic sites and their old hrs will be peaceful infact senior can handle, this is very poor management,if you join with your nearby and then they will force you to take 2 or more sites no proper process or formal way to rum the company
