Standard Benefits, friendly if they don't have issue with you

Cons

Unstructured management, miscommunications between the parent firm in India and US subsidiary, irresponsive from management if they don't like you, marketing for getting new project is basically none or selective favoritism and management put pressure of getting a new project on you instead of the marketing team.
