      Great environment, good atmosphere, good crew to work with

      No accountability for issues found, because their difficulty with hiring fabricators and other positions on the floor.

      Pros

      Benefits CEO cares (although he’s not really too involved) If you don't like your boss, be patient because he/she will be gone in a few months. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      Honestly, what is going on here? The number of senior managers who have come and gone over the past few years is truly staggering. I genuinely don't know why people would join this company. A previous review said it was a ship adrift. Totally true. The company is owned by the Pohlad’s and it seems the family just wanted to give the grandkid something to keep him busy. Sad because this company has the history and potential to be great. It just needs leadership and to follow a strategy.
