      Pros

      Over the last two years, I have watched the new leadership of this company align and boldly lead the way on all fronts. The people at PAR are made up of wildly talented individuals with different points of view, who work together to develop outstanding product solutions. I am particularly proud to be employed at PAR for many reasons but particularly, because of the conviction of the leadership who demonstrate their commitment, consistently over time, that equity, diversity, and inclusion are the key differentiator to our strength as an employer and leader in the marketplace.

      Sometimes we cannot go as fast and as far as we want to because of constraints that are out of our control.
