Dynamic fast paced environment. Focusing on working smarter vs harder. It can be a lot for some to absorb with the changes, but overall moving in the right direction.

Interesting work, wide variety of industries and concepts. Very flexible schedule. Can show up whenever you want as long as you are getting hours in.

Cons

Cannot move up in the company if you are a technician in the shop. People that do not work are not held accountable. The comapny is very top heavy. Lots of high salary managers that don't actually add value.
