Pros

Interesting work, wide variety of industries and concepts. Very flexible schedule. Can show up whenever you want as long as you are getting hours in.

Cons

Cannot move up in the company if you are a technician in the shop. People that do not work are not held accountable. The comapny is very top heavy. Lots of high salary managers that don't actually add value.

My favorite part of working at Par was getting to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to achieve the highest quality machinery builds I have been a part of. I've not worked with another employer whom allowed/ encouraged that level of collaboration.

Cons

Projects run long, and can feel like they are dragging on at times.
