      Pros

      There truly is a lot of room to grow. The company champions proactive, driven, and self-starting individuals. Despite being part of a small team, we intend to be as efficient as possible. The company has experienced a lot of growth within a year.

      Cons

      It is a start-up, so the budget is pretty tight. Therefore, no dental or healthcare benefits. However, mental health is a priority.
