      Pros

      Pabst genuinely cares about their employees. Their corporate culture is inclusive and energetic. They are highly motivated, biased toward action, socially responsible, and a pleasure to work with. The people who comprise the Pabst team are some of the best I have worked with, which makes all the difference. The future outlook of the company's success is also very good.

      Cons

      I am struggling to think of cons. I'm sure there must be, as there are at any company. Pabst was very good to me.

      Pros

      Flexibility, autonomy, the ability for your input to be heard and make an actual difference in the company.

      Cons

      balance is sometimes hard to find. We are a lean company which means you work really hard and sometimes that means that you are not taking the time you need to refresh. The management tends to egg this on as well with after hour emails and requests.
