Pros

Fast growing organization, numerous opportunities, acquiring talented individuals from top to bottom, strong culture & the best organization in the beer industry. I have been here 9 years & it always has been good, but it is now awesome. We now have an owner creating a strong culture, long term investments in brands/innovation, attracting talented people & promoting a work life balance. 2016 will be the first year since 2008 that the entire sales staff will go through sales training. PBC is investing in their people. Most people will spend a life time searching for what we have right now at the PBC. This is a great place to be & highly encourage anyone that has an opportunity to be a part of this to come join the ride. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Cons

With a fast growing organization always comes a few challenges. Based on PBC almost doubling in size the last 18 months, it has been tough to keep up on onboarding new employees, launching new brands & developing new processes. It will continue to get much better as the new hiring process has slowed & we have strong resources in place to for the continued growth of all employees

Wow! We're happy to hear that you've enjoyed your career at PBC over the past 9 years and that you feel that we're an awesome company. Although it's great to hear that you love our culture, our talent, work/life balance and all of our innovations, the best is yet to come! As we strongly encourage promoting from within, we're investing heavily in employee development and training as a focus for 2016. This has already started with our Sales Team and will continue to be rolled out in other areas of the company to ensure that we are a Great Place to Work and an Employer of Choice. Again, thanks so much for your feedback!

During your tenure, it sounds you've learned a lot about the company and our industry, and it's good to know that you're still feeling challenged and acquiring new skills today.
