Pros

If you’ve got good coworkers and a decent supervisor, it can be a fun work environment. You at least get experience. That’s about it though.

Cons

For a place that requires a college degree, the pay is quite literally garbage. Unless you marry rich, look forward to struggling your entire life by staying here. Raises are few and far between and barely qualify as a raise to begin with. There’s no opportunity to move up in the company.

Pros

Co workers were nice and helped get through the everyday struggles this company forced on us everyday.

Cons

Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at ALL costs! Classic too much work and overpaid. Meager benefits, long hours. Hundreds of samples would come in a day, especially for big projects and you're expected to finish them all. Overtime is abundant but you will have no life. The company does not care about their workers, just production. Two people quit/ were out so I was the only worker in charge of a lab for almost THREE months. Management did not give me a bonus, raise or give any help whatsoever. Lab manager quit so we had to deal with a lab manager from the Tampa office who had no idea what he was doing since he would visit 1 week a month and just sit in the office. Did not know how to handle the specific dilemmas/ problems our lab faced and had no solutions to address them whatsoever. As a result, quality suffered and many hold times were missed. Not to mention, samplers come to the lab with HUNDREDS of samples with only 1 hour before they go out of hold. Then they terminated me two days before my grandfather's funeral to not pay for my bereavement time. This company makes me sick. They overwork employees, no incentives, do not any extra help when specifically asked AND their technology LIMS system is stuck in the 1990s and very UNuserfriendly. Unless you want to be micromanaged, underpaid, frustrated and overworked....DONT WORK HERE!! Forget these nitwits! For $15 an hour just work retail.
