Pros

None, this is a company that is unethical, displays severe favoritism/quid pro quo/nepotism. The things this company got away with sounds like a fictional story. HR (corporate) just covers up everything that happens.

Cons

They promise you the world and then force you into mandatory OT. At one point it was suggested we work 7 days a week 10 hour shifts nonstop. No room for growth like they say. If you're good in your department, you are stuck there forever, especially if it is sample receiving. There is 0 leadership. They don't care about employees whatsoever. You are looked down upon if you need time off for any reason. Everyone hates and bad mouths everyone else. Most miserable company you could imagine, will take a toll on your mental health. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Pros

- It paid the bills. I wish I had anything better to say.

Cons

- Safety concerns brushed under the rug despite being brought up multiple times. We're talking actual corporal threats. There is no fire alarm and the safety personnel are expected to walk around with a megaphone in the event of a fire. Not like there are a bunch of volatiles and pressurized gases in the building that could cause explosions! - Shifts were supposed to be eight hours. I was working 10-12 hour shifts on a regular basis due to understaffing. Some coworkers would be there up to 15 hours, and weekend work was typical. - Severely underpaid analysts making $16 an hour on average despite carrying entire departments on their backs, and having degrees. Little to no praise or appreciation for work, either. - Near-nonexistent training. I had to teach myself five plus methods through SOPs, because I had less than a week of actual training due to my trainer running the department by herself. - Constant revolving door of employees, and it's no wonder why. Couldn't get attached to anyone, and only connections were formed through mutual misery.

Pros

You are not micro managed.

Cons

Benefits are not good. Pay is extremely low for every role. No incentive to work here. Motivosity doesn’t make up for anything. Very high turnover rate because of the lack of pay.
