      Pros

      Multiple facilities in the United States if you want to move.

      Cons

      Too driven by revenue and not quality. Chemists need more on-going training and support. High turnover rate. Chemists could be treated with more respect. The sales staff runs the company.

      Pros

      Great introduction to regulatory work. Can meet people and make a good impression. My salary was ok! Between positions they kept me on and gave me continuity.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings. No real stability for future. You feel a bit like a number. The positions they found weren’t stable, and I experienced some frustration with their approach to placing me.
