Decent place to start, look elsewhere for a career

Pros

Good place to get basic lab experience. Good online training modules. Somewhat flexible schedule to account for those with families. Upper management was receptive and typically helpful.

Cons

Extremely low pay to start, reluctant to give performance reviews and/or raises. Poor middle management. Upward mobility is difficult. Often asked to work overtime but also asked to keep it off the books.

Opportunities for OT Decent benefits - Vacation, Good 401k program, etc

Cons

Make sure to only accept positions you are really interested in - Strict 6 month retention in any role you start in/move to Sometimes the OT is not optional if you need to finish all tasks given If you are looking for a company that places heavy focus on environmental impact, this is not it; more concerned about meeting production goals. Many opportunities in Minnesota, everywhere else is fairly limited
