Pros

People are nice, facilities are nice, pay is so-so. Perks such as free lunches sometimes. Good opportunity to move up within the company.

Cons

Management was iffy in terms of communication and knowing what had to be done.

Pros

If you stay for more than a year, there are opportunities for advancement. It was an excellent place to get chemistry experience right out of college and looks good on a resume. Hours and very flexible and benefits are good. As long as you get your work done and do it well, there are no issues.

Cons

Sometimes there is mandatory overtime. Also, their policy for sick leave is kind of strange (you need a doctor’s note as proof). Some buildings are old and in need of repair and might be a health risk.
