Great work environment, people are generally friendly.

Cons

terrible pay, their business model is to hire recent college grads and underpay them until they inevitably leave a couple of years later. Very high turnover.

Pros

Pace hires recent college grads, offers some benefits for contract employees. Contract workers' experience on the actual job will vary depending on the location and onsite management where they are hired, but I've always experienced good treatment and communication from Pace HR and management. Contract extensions are common.

Cons

Little room for upward growth, very low annual raises, 6-9 month contracts do not offer a lot of stability.
