Pros
OK benefits. They used to be great, but they are now just OK. CEO is a nice guy, and seems to genuinely care about the employees, he even knows everyone's name. He will usually stop and talk to you and ask for feedback. If you speak honestly to him you will get a visit from your supervisor telling you not to tell him anything. The term used is to tell him that everything is rainbows and butterflies.
Cons
Terrible moral. This company used to be a great company to work for, but it has gone down hill in the last several years. After working hard for the company for over 7 years, advancing through many different positions, and filling in for many positions after others had quit, you would think that my pay would reflect what I had to offer the company and all of my knowledge of how to run different departments and tests would be of value. My last year working for them, I was outdone by somebody that was hired off the streets with no previous schooling or experience. That person was making almost as much as me after working my way up through the company all of those years. In short- it pays to know the right people. Your actual work ethic doesn't mean a thing.
