      -Its a job out of college -Good experience

      -Ridiculously low pay -Terrible Benefits, especially 401K -A slave to whatever employer your sent to - they take the clients word above yours.

      Good way and place to experience in the industry and get your feet wet, that is about it though really.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, and no real opportunities within the company. Very corporate atmosphere, and you can tell they really care more about the bottom line than the employees
