      It is a great place to begin your career but working for a larger consultanting company they take a big cut out of you billable rate.

      Cons

      working for a consulting company its hard to feel compensated for what you should be.

      They were quite flexible with my schedule (for instance if I needed some time off to visit my family, or if I was sick).

      Cons

      The pay was quite low when starting. The company has a relatively high turnover rate with most people staying at the company less than 3 years...

      Great place to work to gain experience with average pay and benefits

      Pros

      Pace Analytical has a decent benefits package and my position allowed flex time and a condensed workweek which was a great bonus. Several of the positions at Pace are entry level (hence a lower salary) but it is an excellent company to gain experience in a technical field. Most of the company is young, just out of college, so if you are of that age group you will fit right in.

      Cons

      Does not pay nearly as much as other companies doing the same work (the flex time and condensed workweek made up for this). If you are older you might not fit in with the younger workforce.
