      Pros

      Depending on the department, it's laid back and not too stressful. Metals lab was the most stress-free lab I've ever worked at.

      Cons

      If you ask some of the people who have been here long, they'll tell you that the company used to be about the employees and that it's slowly shifting to be about the upper management. I've seen it myself in my time here. Things they were lax on before such as breaks and mandatory lunches are being cracked down on, and it's becoming clear that they value us less and less. Also, they pay isn't great and the yearly bonuses are terrible.

      Pros

      Great organization with exceptional talent and passionate about environmental issues and concerns. Learned a lot about environmental issues on the federal and state level. Great way to break into federal and government B2B.

      Cons

      Organization is struggling financially to stay afloat. Refuses to hire more talent to support the demands of new and current business' growth. Need to understand in order to make money, you have to spend money and invest in talent, resources, and technology accordingly. Too much shuffling internal talent around to work multiple roles without fairly compensating talent. Not cool for their time, hard work, and skill level. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. In a male-dominated space, I feel like women especially need to be wary of working for organizations that are stingy with salary - very easy for women especially to get swindled!

      Coworkers were one of the main reasons to stick around

      Pay was terrible, No upward mobility with in the company. Direct management acted unprofessional and catty.
