Most of the time, my coworkers were very friendly, honestly the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Good introductory science job and great experience as long as you can take it.

Cons

Seriously questioning the background checks they for some of these positions, they have hired some of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of working with. It does not feel like management cares about their employees compensation, mental health, or professional improvement. Bait and switch is the moto. Work you to the bone and are ungrateful for going above and beyond. No exit interview. Horrendous turnover.
