      Very lenient on schedule. PTO is fair.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Turnover is high. So those that are left to pick up slack are pulled it every direction to pock up the slack.

      -Very relaxed working environment & non-toxic especially in the metals department - Understanding of work-life balance and employees that go to school as well -great for getting your foot in the door

      Cons

      -pay is low for the role -could have better safety measures put in place since you’re working with hazardous materials/substances - Little room for growth within the company
