      Before Pace bought Alpha Analytical, it was relatively easy to get hired to work here and train. Also plenty of opportunities to work overtime on days off in Organic extractions. most Overtime in WEt Chemistry was staying late

      expectations for what you do in a shift are in my opinion higher than what you actually get paid working in these departments. a lot of grunt work at the samtime as the main tasks such as cleaning glassware and stocking chemicals on the shelves, sometimes even lifting boxes there is no predictability with what kind of task you will be primarily responsible for in your early stages at the company so some people are able to work 40 hours and are done. some will consistently be working overtime. Also the company is not expanding or growing when I was there and it takes a significant effort to get management to like you enough to promote you, and sometimes upper management does not allow that to happen. I do not recommend working here for longer than 2 years.
