Pros
Pretty good work-life balance, not much pressure to work over 40 hrs/week because pay is hourly. People are generally down to earth, not fake, but there is a bit of a corporate beaurocratic culture that make it hard to change things.
Cons
Pay is way below what it should be for our industry. If they paid more they would receive better qualified applicants and have a lower turnover rate. Benefits are mediocre, and not many other perks or things that make it fun to work there.
