Pros

Chances to move around to numerous positions to find the right one. They seem to hire or allow employees within the company to have first dibs at job opportunities.

Cons

Been more than a few firings lately at our location, which is something I don't think anyone is used to since we were purchased two years ago and were a mom and pop type employer. Wage increases aren't quite what they were pre-Pace.

Room for advancement, for employee with all skill levels. Dedicated to delivering a quality product. Flexible schedule Provide tools for continuous improvement. Some of the best environmental chemist in the business, work at Pace.

Cons

Benefits costs Competitive marketplace, leads to high stress work environment.
