willing to work with you, flexible schedule, average pay ... they are very honest and up front about the schedule and what you are going to be doing. the communication is great during the hiring process and the on boarding your able to do alot of it virtual
Cons
if your part time the hours are truly part time you are no where near 30-40 hours a week u might hit 30 in two weeks
