Pros
The pay was fair but could have been better for the abundance of work assigned to the project coordinators
Cons
The management was lacking in changing their old ways and attitudes and unfortunately drove people out of the company, including myself. Too many “grandfathered in” policies that were crappy to work under. Also, was promised a raise by owner within 3 months to match the sought out salary agreed from the beginning, only to find out he sold the company right before I started and promised everyone a raise, only to have been failing to complete his promises.
