Pros
Hours are flexable as long as you get your work load done. I was able to move up to the rank I wanted quickly. They took me in with little experience and trained me on the job. My direct management was great super helpful and understanding.
Cons
Staff is constantly changing, people don't stay there very long because the work is grewling and the managment is very disorganized. These two issues feed into eachother, I was payed less then the typical lab tech. There was also an issue with bullying. However, to my knowledge, that particular individual no longer works at the location i worked at. It wasn't unusual that you would be asked to stay late on any particular day because a rushed sample just got to the facility and or had been logged late so they needed you the tech to pick up the slack. This usually included balencing what ever it was you were already doing at the time with the extra work and staying for at least 2 more hrs then your regular shift.
