      Pros

      Good team to work with, however they have also left. Company does pay reasonable base with commission

      Cons

      No database available, no consistency, very limited feedback from owner. This is an Indian owned company and is relatively new to US. Manager did not understand the culture and expected clients to pay much higher than market so limited jobs to fill.

      Terrible CEO/boss, very rude, think he is above his employees, very disrespectful when speaking to his employees.

      PACE is in this business line since 2002, and wrote success stories year after year. If the CEO was rude to you, there must be something that went wrong at your end. Inferences can not be made by one side of the story.
