      1. Salary is paid in time. 2. Company is transparent in H1B processing and GC processing 3. People who processed the GC through PACE mentions the company is good. 4. Friendly and more care taking about immigration work 5. Now they have more end clients and projects

      No Work No Pressure No Money

      Worst company to work, No on time salary, they treat employees like Labours, they don't even know the word called Professionalism. No productivity, If you find any positive review then it's from one of their management. No good Incentives, No Health Benefits, No Insurance, only one side rules (Company), bad boss, he needs only money, he'll scold with bad words even if someone gives some wrong information about you. In-short he is a street rowdy. DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING OTHER THAN SALARY that too if it's late payment. Literally you'll feel like Labour.

      Salary: Every organization follows its custom calendar for processing the salaries. If you expect your Salary on the 1st of every month, you should have checked with the HRD about the salary date at PACE, at the time of joining. Professionalism is bilateral respect.
