      Pros

      Good team to work with, however they have also left. Company does pay reasonable base with commission

      Cons

      No database available, no consistency, very limited feedback from owner. This is an Indian owned company and is relatively new to US. Manager did not understand the culture and expected clients to pay much higher than market so limited jobs to fill.

      Cons

      No consultants working for the Plano office, you will be responsible for building a company from scratch, the database is new so no client info and no candidates for recruiters to search, the owner hires you gets your clients and let’s you go. Different policies and pay for everyone

      They don't pay salary on time and this is just one of the negatives.

      Every organization follows its custom calendar for processing the salaries. If you expect your Salary on the 1st of every month, you should have checked with the HRD about the salary date at PACE, at the time of joining

      Not paying on Time Salary

      Pros

      No New Requirements to work on it, you should have to work on single requirement couple of weeks. No improvement. If you got a consultant with in the rate range they will not submit to client. Ask unnecessary questions like who pay your room rent, electricity bill, daily wages, If more than 50 miles will you travel, if you got better opportunity will you stay or left out and finally feedback to recruiter he is not fit for this position because if he got another project he accepted. (I'm telling one thing he needs job we are here to recruit them and submit to management and these fellow management people sit idle and reject the consultant our hard work is waste). Coming up salary they will not pay on time, we will take some other persons(like beggars told that salary will get then pay you). No improvement don't have directly client interaction. If submit profile for particular position and getting interview schedule we will not get feedback up to 2 months. If you resign and you are in notice period you will never get salary even try to follow up whole life.

      Cons

      Its a waste to write here they will never change and never follow ethics.

      You took salaries and absconded from work. You never produced results nor at-least have submitted one resume in two days. There is never an instance of company not paying salaries, it is just an allegation you are making on the company as you don't need experience and relieving documents. In case if you are still ready to accept challenges, please come down we can discuss and take you back on rolls. Thanks - HRD

      Great place to work, i have been working over 9 years , they got good federal clients , good pay, on-time pay, great response from office team.
