Pros

Entry level position. Pacers have one of the best sales training programs in all of sports. It sets a great foundation for any career, sales or not, to further your career. If you're high on the revenue board compared to your peers, you have a great chance for promotion. Most sales position above are hired internally.

Cons

It's a very high demand, low supply industry. The pay is low, even for entry level. No benefits included.

Pros

This is a great family organization with passionate employees which makes coming to work each day fun. Our main goal is to work together to make sure every client has the best experience as possible in our arena and the reward we receive at each game and/or event is worth it.

Cons

This company does require all roles to be flexible with their schedule due to the long hours and extra days necessary to pull off each game/event. However, it is very manageable if you enjoy your job!
