Pros
I have worked for many different companies doing different jobs. The different levels of management with PS&E treat everyone with respect from full time security down to part time housekeeping staff. Working as part time staff works but if you are looking for fulltime employment can be hard since they like to promote from within and the people in the positions currently want to hold on to them. It speaks of the quality of the company to be honest
Cons
The hours for part time workers is sometimes limited and shifts can be at different times.
