Pros

Work/Life balance was never an issue.

Cons

Salaries are well below where they should be. They lose MANY people to competitors because of salary and work load expectations. It's a boys club at the top with little to no women and/or BIPOC in management. There is no diversity and their DEI initiatives are only there to satisfy corporate metrics. Not actual change is wanted.

Pros

Stable & Predictable Growth, Management team is getting better slowly year by year. Slightly lower pay for company salary employees given the work load, but they do get more flexibility work life balance. Union employees less flexibility less work life balance but paid good for every hour of work that is required.

Cons

Company Wont pay to get and keep good engineers so designs and projects are always a mess due to turnover of the design teams. Always the same copy paste mistakes by each new engineer. Union Overtime rate is too low, almost no union employees take after hours calls because the pay is not high enough to get them to go back to work. No on call pay for most departments.
