Typical Hedge fund management catastrophy.

Pros

The only reason to work for Pacificorp is if you must or really, really want to live in Utah period.

Cons

Mercenary, vindictive, stab their way to the top management. They hire back stabbers and ladder climbers because they are exactly the same. Promote the worst characters and managers. Profit and cost cutting at the expense of everything else. No reliability. No maintenance but crash and burn repairs. Then it's a capital expenditure they can get tax credits for. I don't see much hope for improvement. For the region the wages are substantially lower compared to Nevada Power, which is owned by the same Berkshire Hathaway company.
