Pros

Great benefits and decent pay.

Cons

There are not many opportunities to advance in a meaningful way, and receiving a raise annually that doesn't even cover a basic cost of living increase are both significant issues.

Pros

Nothing good about the company anymore

Cons

Warren Buffett company that’s anti employee, the transition from reliable cheap great paying electricity to green energy has ruined chances for long lasting employment. Management is cut throat from top to bottom. 40 plus years with this company n I am glad I am out. Benefits suck, discipline is what they do best. Hard work is not recognized or rewarded. Just don’t get hurt!
