Its a good company if they have work. You have 4 different departments to work in. I was an aircraft mechanic, inspector, storage, mechanic, and became Supervisor.
Cons
Lack of work. When there is no work they do have you go to different departments. The tooling is an issue as well as parts to make aircraft be able to meet deadlines for customer delivery's.
