8yWe are now doing employee satisfaction surveys. Some of the recommendations in those surveys have been implemented while others are under review. Also, we are in the midst of a major cultural change at PAT which will result in everyone treating each other with respect and dignity. Finally, the management team is handing out gift cards recognizing those who are doing the hard work...every day! Thanks for the great advice.
