8yWe appreciate any feedback that makes PAT a better place. Just recently, PAT completed an FAA audit which resulted in no findings. Further, we just reviewed the results of our first-ever customer satisfaction survey. PAT scored very high marks in responsiveness and quality. Customers are looking for improved product availability, and we are committed to improving that this calendar year. Stay tuned!
