Pros
POA was and still is my fist career after college and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I love this company and look forward to coming to work every day, which is not the case for most recent-grads. POA sets employees up for success, as long as you are willing to work hard and follow the training process. I have received ongoing, extensive training that has helped me develop quickly within my first year of employment. Pacific Office Automation prides themselves in being the industry leader and I am happy to be a part of that. We have a very team oriented workplace. You will find strong support between the teams and hands-on training from the management. At POA you are not just a number. You know your higher level management and have the opportunity to reach out to any employee, no matter the department, or branch. This position is not for everyone. You need to be a competitive, hardworking individual that is willing to put in the extra time to develop your career. Your work and effort will be a direct reflection of your success. If you want to work for a company that sets you up for success, focuses on your development, and celebrates your success, POA is right for you.
Cons
This position is not for everyone. You need to be a competitive, hardworking individual that is willing to put in the extra time to develop your career. If you don't have drive and time-management skills, this job isn't for you.
