Pros

Very extensive training program that never stops. Strong skill development focus. Very good group of people to work with. Compensation program that rewards hard work. Strong culture.

Cons

requires a strong commitment on the part of new employees. They are very serious about winning and growth, this will push hesinant employees to perform without a lot of room for "trying it out".

Pros

great perks good money opportunity to advance chance to have control over your destiny good service company lots of tenured employees in the sales staff, evidence that you can succeed here

Cons

work hard/play hard environment-if you don't like to work hard wrong spot for you the job is difficult- you have to work extremely hard the first two years to make it You have to pull your own weight, nobody is going to do it for you, you will get help but you need to be the person pulling it off

Pros

*Great benefits package *Company pays 100% of health coverage *Yearly retreats *You're never out of work *Some of the people are nice to talk to *Terry Newsom and Doug Pitassi who are the CEO and President are actually very nice men with strong work ethics. Doug expects a lot of you however

Cons

*Corporate is sooo busy that you can't keep up *Never get your reviews on time (thus no raises) *Everyone is second rate to the sales guys *Sales guys are mostly tools, but a few are good people *Always having to fix someone else's mistakes when they leave the company *You can't get ahead *The occasional nut job coworkers who take their jobs waaay to seriously
