Pros

You at least get a guaranteed sunday off. Paid holidays.

Cons

Bad management. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Constant turnover and hiring under-qualified people for leadership roles. Pay is below that of competitors. Favoritism, and hr works with managers to fire people they don't like. Bad hr representation. Weeks on end of 12’s 6 days a week due to over 50+ positions constantly unstaffed. Too much pressure to get jobs done with insufficient equipment. Spent money on building new addition to the sales department building and hiring 2x more sales people while we barely are able to get the product done on time as it is. Bad planning department, bad upper management and they treat all lower employees as if they are stupid and replaceable unless you kiss their rears.

Pros

Good environment, new machinery, very clean work place. It seems as if there is a real opportunity to move up into management.

Cons

Politics and favorites can be played from time to time. Also the pay is a little lower than most companies in this industry in this city.
